The Mesoamerica region is blessed to have a wide range of countries and cultures. One challenge that makes it difficult to continue to visit, train, and develop the leadership within each of these unique countries and cultures is that it is very expensive to travel between the islands.
We see this as an opportunity to depend on the grace of God and model faith and effort to our developing leaders. An analysis of growth has been carried out and we believe that we have the opportunity to improve our growth strategy to be more contextual evangelistically while also promoting leadership growth in the Caribbean islands. 
The goal of this project is to plant 28 new preaching points in the 14 districts of the Caribbean Field as well as to prepare the pastors who will serve these new churches. With your support, we will do this by:

1. Discovering and equipping 28 new pastors who will lead the new churches.
2. Training leaders in church planting, evangelism, and missions through church planting schools. 
3. Developing a passion for evangelism in the existing churches. 
4. Mobilizing young people as church planters in new locations. 
5. Impacting the communities with social strategies where we will plant the new churches. 
6. Strengthening the area and opening churches in the islands where we do not have a presence.
