Myanmar recovery efforts underway after deadly earthquake

A powerful 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck central Myanmar on Friday, 28 March. The disaster has claimed an estimated 3,085 lives in Myanmar, with thousands more injured. The tremors were felt as far as Thailand, where at least 18 people lost their lives.

Myanmar church impacts community with water well

Residents of the Yeshin Gone village have struggled with a clean water supply for many years. Through the partnership of Southeast Asia Field Nazarene Compassionate Ministries and Bethlehem Church of the Nazarene, a new well was successfully drilled and now serves the community of about 100 people.

It was a historic day for Chapman International College when its Indianapolis Center held its first graduation ceremony 23 July 2022 at Indy Southside Church of the Nazarene in Indiana, USA. Ten Myanmar students received their Diploma of Ministry degree.
