Nazarene identity training in Brazil cultivates leadership, mentorship skills

by | 26 Jul 2019

The Wesleyan Institute of Nazarene Identity held a mentorship training for 30 local leaders 29 June in Campinas, Brazil. The event was held in the National Headquarters of the Church of the Nazarene, and participants came from the Campinas, Northeast Paulista, Northwest Paulista, Paulistano, and Sao Paulo districts.

iWIN is a leadership initiative in South America developed to inspire, challenge, train, and equip Nazarene leaders to lead and mentor others like Jesus did.

“It was a special time of growth for all of the participants,” said Sandro Ribeiro, local pastor. “There is no doubt that it will mark the present and the future of the Church of the Nazarene in Brazil.”
