Pederneiras Church of the Nazarene in Brazil is utilizing Jiu-Jitsu as a ministry and tool for evangelism through relationships created on the mat. There are currently 50 people enrolled in the classes, ranging from age four all the way to adults.

Super Typhoon Rai recovery continues in Philippines

Super Typhoon Rai (known locally as Odette) made landfall in the Philippines on 16 December 2021. Volunteers with Nazarene Disaster Response on the ground have distributed food packs, clothes, hygiene kits, and flashlights and have established water filtration centers in strategic areas.
